This page details how to use Microsoft Office 365.

What is Office 365? Office 365 includes: an upgraded mailbox with more storage cloud storage through OneDrive online versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint! ability to download the full Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.)
Student Email: For student email: Go to http://www.polk.edu/ and select MyPolkEmail at the top of the page. Your email address can be found by logging into your Passport account. For the online version of Word, Excel, or PPT: You can log in by going to portal.office.com or by clicking on the MyPolk email link in the Quick Links section in Passport. Your username is your school email address. The default password for college email and Office 365 is your student ID number with @Polk at the end (with the first letter capitalized, for example E21000000@Polk). If you enrolled prior to August 2022, the default password is your student ID number (with the first letter capitalized, for example E21000000). After logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.

Mobile apps: Once you have set up your Office 365 Education account, you can download the Office suite of apps for your iOS and Android devices.
