NOTE: The citation generators in the Gale, EBSCO, & Proquest databases are now formatting APA citations in the 7th edition. As of 2/2/22 - The EBSCOhost database citation generators appear to be the most accurate for 7th edition overall, as they usually include page numbers and dois in the preferred format (https:doi.org/xxxxx). Remember trust, but verify!

These two handouts from the APA should help simplify citing articles found in databases:

*Sample papers: https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/paper-format/sample-papers *Remember you will not be using the "Student" not the "Professional" version, unless your professor specifically requests it instead.
