Polk State College Testing
TLCC Testing Centers at Polk State College provide a variety of testing services for Polk State students and faculty, community members, and other educational institutions. TLCC testing operates under the Florida Statutes, 1008.23 Confidentiality of Assessment Instruments, and 1008.24 Test Administration and Security.
The TLCC Testing Centers are members of the National College Testing Association (NCTA) and the Florida Association of College Test Administrators (FACTA) and administers tests under the guidelines instituted by these organizations. Academic Testing for Polk State Students
Faculty-referred, in-person testing by appointment is available for accommodations, make-up tests, insufficient technology, and other unique situations.
The TLCC Testing Centers cannot provide testing services for entire class sections. Faculty are encouraged to contact the TLCC Testing Centers to discuss the availability for extenuating circumstances, exceptions, and the possibility of meeting additional testing needs beyond the general procedure noted above.
