OpenAthens is a single-sign on solution that authenticates students/staff/faculty to the library system's online resource . The purpose of this guide is to help troubleshoot login issues.

As more screenshot "How to" directions are requested, I will add them to this guide. At the moment, the most common/likely scenarios for using the guide, is for troubleshooting a "Forbidden Error" & for "Creating Local Patrons" to grant access to a student that for whatever reason cannot use passport.
