Click on Evidence-Based Care Sheets on the top menu bar. Then use the alphabetical list or search to select one or more topics. Click search.
Click on the title to easy find both the html full text and the tools. Also, double check to make sure the Evidence-Based Care Sheet has current information.
In the detailed record, on the left is the HTML Full Text and on the right are Tools (e.g. email, cite, permalink)
