To locate books in the Polk State Library, use the library's online catalog.  The catalog is on the library's web site. Click on the link for "Books/Catalog" to access the basic search. The default search is for "Library Items" which will return books and ebooks.  If you would like to limit to only ebooks, select that option from the drop down menu.
Enter your search terms and click on search.

The top results are the most relevant items. The catalog tells you where the item is located, how to locate it on the shelf, and whether or not it is available to check out. Books in the Polk State Libraries are shelved by the Library of Congress Classification (LCC) system.
To view ebooks, click on the link for "View Online." You will be asked to log in.
If you need assistance locating materials, please see a Reference Librarian or use the Ask a Librarian chat feature.
