Library/TLCC Resources: Reserve a Group Study Room
Polk State College libraries and TLCC resources. Help using the library. Access TLCC tutoring. Reserve group study rooms. Obtain online or in-person writing assistance. Information on scheduling admission, placement, and professional testing.
At least 2 students must be present for the room to be checked out (Maximum occupancy is 6 students).
A student ID is required upon arrival at library information desk to claim a study room & is held by information desk staff for the duration of the check out.
At least two Students must arrive 5 minutes prior to the booked time slot. The reservation is subject to cancellation or rescheduling to the next available time slot if another group is waiting.
Only one reservation per day is allowed per student.
The Winter Haven campus has 5 reservable group study rooms.  The rooms are intended for use by small groups of students for project collaborations, study sessions, or other academic purposes. One study room is a multimedia space equipped with a 32 inch TV.
The SLIC (Student Learning Innovation Center) Room can be checked out by students to create multimedia projects or collaborate with fellow students. 
Maximum occupancy is 3 students.
