This library research guide is for Professor Siler's ENC1102 classes. It covers finding, using, and citing resources for all three research assignments. (Units 1-3 in the class Modules in Canvas.)

How to Use this Guide:

  • Use the tabs (in red) at the top of the guide to explore each topic.
  • Notice there are additional selections under the "finding articles" tab which will walk you step by step through using CQ Researcher, Opposing Viewpoints, and two additional academic databases.
  • Refer back to these tabs/pages while doing your research and learning how the databases work.
  • Select the links below for specific instructions and recommended resources for each research assignment. (Review the Modules in Canvas for the complete instructions and due dates.)
